George Mihaleto joins CIGP Group as Senior Advisor
CIGP are delighted to welcome George Mihaleto as Senior Advisor, based in London.
George advises our investment banking transactions in the Natural Resources sector. He also brings on board a deep industry expertise and wide network built over more than 20 years of experience in senior roles in the Metals and Mining industry across various disciplines including corporate finance, advisory and commodity trading.
Formerly as the Global Head of Industry Group - Metals and Mining at Natixis Bank in Paris, and prior to that, the Managing Director of Energy and Natural Resources & Sector Head of Metals and Mining for EMEA at Standard Chartered Bank in London. He was responsible for major international clients including AngloAmerican, AngloGold, BHP, Rio, Glencore. George has specialized in developing and executing client strategies and structuring complex corporate finance transactions across many jurisdictions.
George holds a BProc in Law from the University of Pretoria as well as an International Management Diploma from Henley University and a Business Sustainability Management Diploma from Cambridge.
George is fluent in English, Greek, Afrikaans, and Portuguese.
