CIGP advised the Italian club-deal platform Eulero Capital in leading the US$ 24m Series B investment round into Poke House, a rapidly-growing healthy bowl restaurant chain, allowing the group to accelerate its expansion in Europe via new openings and acquisitions.
Founded in 2019, in less than 2 years Poke House has grown into the leading chain of poke and healthy bowls in Italy and started expanding in Europe, leveraging on a strong marked demand for heathier and more accessible tasty food, but also a strong technical integration with food-delivery platforms and automated back-end processes.
This new round of financing will allow Poke House to accelerate its domestic and international growth, with the objective to reach more than 200 directly owned outlets in less than 3 years via new openings and strategic acquisitions.
